Signing/Loan Documents
We will assist in scheduling a signing appointment at the Title Company once all paperwork is ready.  We will try to accompany you at this appointment if possible.  You will need to bring with you to signing, photo ID (drivers license, passport) and possibly a cashiers/certified check for the down payment and closing costs. Either myself or the Title Company will contact you a day or so before signing to let you know the exact amount needed for the cashiers check.  Signing will take approximately 30 minutes – 1 hour.
 
** If you are going to WIRE funds to close, DO NOT WIRE without speaking with us or the escrow officer using a trusted number. Wire fraud is on the rise and we don’t want you to become a victim! **
 
Closing/Recording
After signing, all paperwork goes back to the lender for a final review.  Your transaction should record and close in a day or two. Refer to the “closing date” in the contract.
