Closing Disclosure
The lender will provide the final closing disclosure (CD) for you to sign before the loan documents will go out to Escrow in preparation for you to sign. The CD will provide final details about the mortgage loan you have selected. This includes the loan terms, your projected monthly payments, and how much you will pay in fees and other costs associated with the loan. The lender is required to provide you with the closing disclosure at least three business days before you can sign loan documents and close the transaction.
